Summary: MOLD! MOLD! MOLD! In the bathroom! Reference pictures. There is no way these housekeepers do not see the mold. Black mold!!! How can they clean everyday and not address the mold that looks like it’s been there quite a while. I was so disgusted upon seeing it I don’t even finish my shower. Disgusting and unacceptable!!! Pool was overran by families with their 20 baseball kids in the pool, screaming extremely loudly in a confined closed space and making every other person uncomfortable that we all left and didn’t enjoy the amenities. These parents had no control of their demon offspring and the staff did nothing to help. The ONLY good staff members were the 2 men at the barista counter, 1 was in a chef coat and the other worked the register. Really kind guys and great service.

Summary: I really love the place. The only time I didn’t like, is the fact some of the staff didn’t speak English it was very hard trying to communicate with someone who doesn’t speak English
